Kathmandu. Jhapa FC has finally ends win less streak in the Martyrs' Memorial 'B' Division League with the fourth match.
Jhapa registered an easy 2-0 win over Saraswati Youth Club on Thursday at the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) headquarters ground in Satdobato.
With the first win, Jhapa has climbed to eighth place, having collected four points from four matches. Saraswati, who suffered their second consecutive defeat, is in sixth place with six points from the exact match.
Pradeep Budhathoki and Rajesh Dahal scored goals to give Jhapa the victory.
Jhapa took the lead in the 11th minute of the game through Pradeep's penalty goal. Rajesh scored with two minutes left in regulation time to give Jhapa a 2-0 victory.
